Job summary

FOCUS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre and post contract activities on construction projects, ensuring cost control and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre & post contract activities in Construction projects.
• Liaise with project, purchase and finance team to provide monthly project costing and revenue
• Responsible to update and verify project and production database
• Involve in project budgeting, specification, contract claim and settlement of final statement
• Monthly progress claim and payment certification
• Ensure documents are in line with Company SOP standard
• Other QS duties as assigned
