Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to perform cost take-offs, tender analysis, and procurement administration. The role involves preparing monthly cost reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with site teams to control expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years’ experience with a main contractor, proficiency in Cost X or Glodon, and holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience with a Main Contractor in Singapore, covering pre-contract and post-contract functions.
• Proficiency in Cost X or Glodon software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs, source quotations, cost analysis, tender comparisons, and compile tender submissions including handling queries and addenda.
• Manage procurement cycle by preparing comparison sheets, recommending awards, and administering Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, analyze variances against budget, monitor cash flow and forecast cost impacts.
• Control site expenses, review cost allocation, and verify project expenditures with site teams.
• Administer contractual obligations, maintain records, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate Variation Orders, assess time/cost implications, and lead negotiation and settlement of final accounts for clients and subcontractors.
• Attend project/technical meetings to advise on cost queries and process subcontractor claims and progress payments to prevent overpayment.

Salary: $5,900 to $6,600

Work Schedule: 5-day work week.

Performance Bonus: Bonus paid twice a year + Transport Allowance

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs (Cost X/Glodon/manual), source quotations, conduct cost analysis and tender comparisons, and compile tender submissions including handling queries and addenda.
• Manage the procurement cycle by preparing comparison sheets, recommending awards, and administering Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, analyze variances against budget, monitor cash flow and forecast cost impacts.
