Job summary

AALLIANZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, tender preparation, and post-tender activities. The candidate should be able to work independently, be meticulous and analytical, and collaborate with suppliers and sub-contractors to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include measuring quantities, preparing REQ from tender documents, negotiating quotations, and ensuring timely submission of bids. Experience with AutoCAD and cost management is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building or equivalent.
• Able to work independently, meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and validating drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce quantity measurements within the targeted timeline.
• Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor relations, preparing REQ based on tender documents and collating quotations.
• Negotiation and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through price comparison and analysis.
• Provide support to ensure completeness and timely submission of the tender bid.
• Follow up with post-tender clarification and questionnaires when required.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
