Job summary

DS CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience and is familiar with measurement, costing, tendering, variation claims and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction company.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with measurement, costing, tendering, variation claims and contract administration.
• Able to prepare quantity take-offs, quotations and progress claims.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
