Job summary

OUNG CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE LTD is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the Tender and Bidding Team with measurement, BOQ preparation, and tender cost buildup. You will review contracts and drawings, interpret specifications, manage RFIs and RFQs, and assemble submission documents.

You will also assist with subcontractor cost analyses, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts, while coordinating procurement and cost control across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Diploma in QS or equivalent with relevant construction experience.
• Experience in cost estimation, tendering and BOQ preparation is required.
• Familiarity with drawing review, contract interpretation, and RFIs/RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tender and Bidding team with quantity measurement and BOQ.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for bids.
• Prepare tender cost proposals for management review.
• Support procurement and supplier quotation comparisons.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress cost claims and variations.
• Assist in project cost control and final accounts.
