Job summary

EDENN SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support tender pricing, cost management, and project documentation. You will produce or interpret drafting/CAD drawings to support BOQ preparation and ensure site coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of contracts and measurement standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in QS role within building/construction or M&E industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BOQ/tender formats
• Good understanding of construction contracts and measurement standards
• Meticulous, able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Good communication skills, able to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender pricing, BOQs, and cost estimates for M&E and building works
• Measure quantities from drawings and specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and evaluate quotations
• Prepare and review variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts
• Produce or edit basic drafting/CAD drawings (e.g. AutoCAD) to support tender submissions and site works
• Assist project teams with cost tracking and budget control throughout project lifecycle
