Job summary

NCE Corporation (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter in Singapore. The role combines commercial and drafting duties, including tender pricing, cost control, subcontractor procurement, and AutoCAD/shop drawing preparation for A&A, renovation and new works.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of local construction experience, strong drafting capabilities, and the ability to work independently with project teams. Singapore Citizens/PRs encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field; 7+ years local experience.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting and cost management skills.
• Experience in tender quantity take-off, cost estimation.
• Able to coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specs and BOQ.
• Prepare tender pricing, cost breakdowns and proposals.
• Source quotations and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and prepare cost reports.
• Prepare final accounts and support documentation.
• Draft and revise AutoCAD drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and site teams.
