Job summary

MERGER PTE. LTD. seeks a diligent Quantity Surveyor with strong communication skills, good time management and detail orientation.

You will handle pre/post contract duties, costing, variations, tender admin and cost finalization, while coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams. Required: minimum diploma in a relevant field and 1–2 years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and 3D modelling is advantageous for preparing bids and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in relevant background.
1–2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

General quantity survey duties including pre/post contract tasks, take-offs, cost control and tender admin.
Sourcing of new vendors, compiling quotations, and summarising sub-contracts, materials and equipment.
Evaluation and certifications of contracts.
Preparation of tender submissions and pre-tender pricing certification.
Prepare monthly progress claims and cost analysis reports.
Understand project goals, deadlines, financial boundaries and budgeting.
Schedule project deadlines and coordinate with all parties.
Attend site meetings as required.
Ordering materials and preparing purchase orders.
Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and 3D modelling.
