Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building regulations and standard building contracts.
• Experience in tendering, measurement, costing, pricing, and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise drawings for tenders and job orders.
• Prepare tender costings, pricing, quotations, and submissions.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and clients on job requirements and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation, delivery, and setup requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure completed works comply with drawings and job orders.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project drawings and records.
• Support production, procurement, and logistics activities.
