Job summary

Edenn Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Singapore. The successful candidate will support tender pricing, cost management, and project documentation, with the ability to produce or interpret drafting/CAD drawings to support BOQ preparation and site coordination.

Responsibilities include preparing tender pricing and BOQs, measuring quantities from drawings, liaising with subcontractors, and handling variation orders and cost tracking throughout the

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as QS in building/construction or M&E.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BOQ/tender formats.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and measurement standards.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Good communication with clients, subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender pricing, BOQs and cost estimates for M&E and building works.
• Measure quantities from drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and evaluate quotations.
• Prepare and review variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Produce or edit basic drafting/CAD drawings to support tender submissions and site works.
• Assist project teams with cost tracking and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
