Job summary

You will provide commercial guidance to project teams, review contracts, prepare variations, and oversee interim valuations while coordinating with vendors and consultants. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pricing, estimation, procurement, and project management.
• Deep knowledge of 2D and 3D AUTOCAD and awareness of market trends in construction costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall scope and process of tender from pre-tender to post-tender.
• Provide commercial advice to project staff on contractual matters and review/draft correspondence as required.
• Responsible for pre and post-tender clarifications and preparing tender submissions.
