Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with at least 1 year of experience to prepare and review cost estimates, submit progress claims, and monitor project costs. You will liaise with clients and suppliers, assist with contract administration and commercial matters, and bring knowledge of contracts, costing and measurement.

A&A project experience and main contractor exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
