Responsibilities

• Competent to comprehend the specification and contract documents.
• Preparation of tender quotations, including take-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing, and costing locating new vendors and contractors.
• Preparing process claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors; analyzing and negotiating costs in the production of the tender BQ
• Ensuring cost control quantity takeoff from drawings is measured, purchase orders are made, final accounts are prepared, paperwork is filed, and general administrative tasks are performed
