Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor to support project cost management and commercial matters across assignments. You will prepare and review cost estimates, quotations and tenders, and assist with contract administration, liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with A&A projects and main contractor

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
A&A project experience is required.
Main Contractor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders.
Prepare and submit progress claims.
Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
