Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support tender submissions, procurement, and project administration for interior fit-out and A&A projects.

You will review drawings, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, manage subcontract documentation, and support post-tender activities under tight deadlines to help deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, A&A, office, or similar projects.
• Strong quantity surveying, costing, procurement, numerical, and documentation skills.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight tender deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, including quantity take-offs, supplier quotations, costing summaries, and tender documentation.
• Review drawings and specifications and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage pre- and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
• Handle project administration, including subcontract documentation, Variation Orders, and extension-of-time submissions.
• Support the team with project-related tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
