Job summary

Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a diploma or degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering. You will assist with quantity take-off, cost estimation for tenders, and preparing tender submissions alongside a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors, managing monthly progress claims, and finalizing accounts with clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant construction experience preferred; fresh graduates welcomed with guidance.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends

• Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player
