Job summary

KILOWATTS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites a Tendering Specialist to oversee ACMV tendering activities and prepare costings for competitive bids in Singapore. The role involves defining project scopes, compiling commercial requirements, and coordinating with suppliers and sub-contractors to submit timely tenders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of market price trends.
• Experience in administering ACMV tendering processes.
• Strong planning, strategies and control of tender activities.

Responsibilities

• List the scope of work and commercial requirements to determine project risks.
• Prepare and follow up on Requests For Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons to ensure tender costing and technical data submission.
• Take off Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings and architectural drawings.
• Collate price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Study addendum/corrigendum documents and update costing summaries with the technical proposal.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
• Attend site briefing/site meetings and post-tender interviews when necessary.

• Collate price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission.
• Study the addendum and / or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner.
• Attend site briefing / site meeting / post tender interview when necessary.
