Job summary

S & P MANPOWER AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to support project delivery in Singapore. The role focuses on contract administration, budgeting, and cost control across procurement activities.

You will evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors, and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Track and manage project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Conduct site measurements and prepare progress claims
• Handle variation orders and final account settlements
• Work closely with project managers, site personnel, and stakeholders to support project delivery
• Ensure proper contract administration and compliance with procurement policies and local regulations
• Identify and mitigate cost-related risks early in the project timeline
• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
