Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support tender submissions, cost estimates, and project documentation from its Woodlands office. The role requires coordinating with project teams, suppliers and clients on cost control and procurement.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying and software proficiency (Cubicost TME and AutoCAD) preferred. Immediate start is welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender drawings, material specifications, P&S plans, shop drawings, and other required documentation.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, measurements, cost estimation, and related quantity surveying duties.
• Liaise with project managers, internal teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Support purchasing activities and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate project, costing, and contractual documentation.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project and office operations.
