Job summary

WSG Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor (Plumbing & Sanitary) to support tendering, cost control, and cost estimation across projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordination with managers, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate quantities and timely submissions. The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of relevant experience and must be fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Immediate start or short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents;
• Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
• Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Purchasing and inventory management;
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with various stakeholders and counterparts.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.
• Immediate start or short notice is preferred.
