Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore, working from Changi on a permanent, 5.5-day schedule. The role involves liaising with clients, estimating quantities and costs, preparing tender documents, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field, 2–3 years of relevant experience (Plumbing and Sanitary projects preferred),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/PG Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or related Engineering/Construction field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience handling Quantity Surveying work for Plumbing and Sanitary projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate quantities, costs, and timelines for materials and labour.
• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Identify and assess commercial risks.
• Assign work to subcontractors.
• Evaluate completed work and manage project budgets and payments.

• Prepare and submit regular budget reports.
• Carry out duties at client premises, in the office, or on sites as required.

• Working Hours: 5.5-days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, alternate Sat: 9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements.
• Estimate quantities, costs, and timelines for materials and labour.
• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Identify and assess commercial risks.
• Assign work to subcontractors.
• Evaluate completed work, manage project budgets, and oversee payments.
• Ensure projects comply with legal requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure clients receive value for project costs.
• Provide advice on building maintenance costs.
• Prepare and submit regular budget reports.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Carry out duties at client premises, in the office, or on construction sites as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related Engineering/Construction field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Experience handling Quantity Surveying work for Plumbing and Sanitary projects is preferred.
• Experience working with a Main Contractor on HDB projects and supporting tender activities is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and able to collaborate effectively with project teams.
