Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated estimator/quantity surveyor to support tender submissions and project cost control. You will prepare BOQ, drawings, material specs, and shop drawings, and coordinate with managers and suppliers.

The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Sanitary and proficiency in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD. Join a busy team and contribute to accurate cost estimates and timely progress claims.

• Proficient in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, BOQ, tender drawings, material specifications, P&S plans, shop drawings, and other required documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Carry out quantity measurements and cost estimates.
• Liaise with managers, team members, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Handle purchasing and inventory management.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
