Job summary

WNJ SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to design plumbing and sanitary systems, plan and manage plumbing works on construction projects, and prepare tender quantities for plumbing, sanitary and gas works.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in plumbing/sanitary projects, with familiarity of PUB and HDB codes.iso preparation and contract variation orders form part of duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects
• Familiarity with PUB & HDB codes, regulations, and industry standards

Responsibilities

• Design of Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Planning & managing plumbing systems for construction projects.
• Prepare and take off for tenders for Plumbing sanitary and gas works.
• Compare suppliers and subcontractors quotations.
• Collaborating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to create plumbing solutions.
• Provide support to site engineer with on-site measurements and reports.
• Assist in ISO preparation.
• Prepare contracts and monthly progress claims and variation orders.
• Assist to handle variation orders - read, understand and interpret contractual terms.
