Job summary

MECHVEL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to contribute to tendering, cost estimation, and budgeting for M&E projects in Singapore.

You will manage pre- and post-contract duties, monitor costs, handle progress claims and final settlements, and coordinate with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to certify claims and resolve project matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of QS experience in M&E projects in Singapore.
• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract duties; cost control and claims administration.
