Job summary

TAT LEE E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, budgeting, and contracts administration on building projects. You will take-off quantities, price tenders, monitor subcontractor quotations, and prepare progress claims.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with plumbing and sanitary sector exposure, strong negotiation, and teamwork, and can work independently with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary industry is a MUST.
• Resourceful and good negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Taking-off quantities and pricing for tender/quotations.
• Execution of general contracts administration duties.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractors’ quotations.
• Prepare and monitor project budget.
• Preparation of subcontracting and purchases document.
• Prepare and monitor progress claims and subcontractor payment.
• Prepare and update claims/costing/budget and payment receipt monthly.
