Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support office renovation projects. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with responsibilities including cost estimation, tender analysis and payments administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS).
• At least 1 year experience in office renovation or 1–2 office projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
• Prepare, negotiate and analyse tender and contract costs; coordinate work effort and advise on legal/contractual issues.
• Value completed work and arrange payments.
• Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Analyse costs for maintenance and building needs and negotiate with contractors.
• Maintain documentation for all tenders.
• Source quotations and evaluate quotations from suppliers and sub‑contractors.
