Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Lead (QS) for interior projects based at Aperia Mall, Singapore.

Working hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, with salary between SGD 4,000 and SGD 6,500 per month. The role requires managing pre and post tender activities, contract administration, budgeting, and cost control across multiple projects. You will lead the commercial team, mentor staff, and ensure cost efficiency while coordinating with sales,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior projects.
• Proficient in quantity take-off and reading/understanding technical drawings.
• Familiar with contract administration, budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on contractual and M&E matters.
• Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.
• Support project teams with technical proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial team, providing strategic direction and ensuring best practices.
