Job summary

MKS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for office renovation projects at HarbourFront Tower, Singapore. The role covers pre- and post-contract duties, cost estimation, tender submissions, and cost management to deliver competitive bids and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• English language proficiency required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related commercial interior design or renovation (not construction).

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities from drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender bids for office renovation projects.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and propose cost-saving solutions.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment providers; negotiate pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales and Design teams to align cost planning with design intent and client expectations.
