Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a professional for project management in building and civil engineering. You will assist with tender documentation, perform cost measurement, and manage project-related interactions. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience. Familiarity with Auto-Cad is essential. This role offers a salary range of $3,500 - $6,000 and typical working hours of 9am - 6pm over five days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
• Perform measurement/taking off quantities for Bills of Quantity.
• Analyze and compare quotations of various trade elements.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Generate and submit quotations to clients.
• Source quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers.
• Assess and prepare contract variation orders, claims, and cost studies.
• Liaise closely with the Project Leader/Manager/MD.
• Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities.

Job scope

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing
• Perform measurement/taking off quantities for Bills of Quantity, cost planning, costing and cost control
• Analyze and compare quotations of various trade elements
• Attend site meetings when required
• Generation and submission of quotations to clients based on D&B/ A&A projects, schedule of rates and / or Star Rates.
• Sourcing of quotations from sub‑contractors and material suppliers.
• Assessment and preparation of contract variation orders, claims, cost studies, final accounts consolidation.
• Review and liaise closely with the Project Leader/Manager/MD throughout the process of pitching to confirmation and execution.
• Liaison with consultants, sub‑contractors, relevant authorities during the entire project phase.
• Any other related ad hoc duties assigned.
