Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing from quotation to final account, review drawings, prepare quotations, and obtain supplier pricing.

You will track expenditures, assess variations, submit progress claims, ensure payment matters are resolved, and maintain thorough records across multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision.

Experience in carpentry or interior fit-out is an advantage; short-notice availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor is required.
• Able to interpret construction or technical drawings.
• Comfortable working with quantities, measurements and project costing.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to manage several ongoing projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience in carpentry, interior fit-out or renovation projects is an advantage but not required.
• Candidates available to commence work at short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project closing, cost reconciliation and final account matters.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, claims, variations and other commercial documents.
