Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields to support carpentry and cabinetry projects. You will review drawings, coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers and project teams on pricing and costing.

Entry-level candidates are welcome with training provided. Must have good numerical and analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel; you should be organised, responsible and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction or related fields.
• Preferably with QS experience in Interior Design (ID), carpentry, joinery or renovation works.
• Entry-level candidates with a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
