Job summary

INPRODEC PROJECTS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior design projects. You will negotiate contracts, monitor costs, and liaise with design teams to ensure cost-effective decisions.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in QS, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with cost estimating software. You will manage procurement, issue tenders, and work with project managers to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in interior design or construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret drawings and specs.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for interior design projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using project management and cost estimating software.
