Job summary

August Design Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and quotations. You will source and compare supplier and subcontractor prices, and prepare client proposals and tender submissions. Track variation orders and assist with project costing, progress claims, and final accounts.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial renovation or interior fit-out.
• AutoCAD is required for reading drawings, taking measurements and basic amendments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
