Wola-Recruitment-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tender preparation, contract administration and construction project cost management. The role covers cost estimation, subcontractor procurement, progress claims, budgeting and cost control.

You will perform quantity take-offs, pricing reviews, subcontractor evaluation and prepare commercial documents while monitoring budgets and reporting cost performance. Monday–Saturday work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, tender pricing and contract administration.
• Familiar with construction budgeting, cost control and progress claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CCS PO/WO Module.
• Knowledge of construction cost management and control techniques.
• Able to prepare accurate costing reports and commercial documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• ISO Internal Auditor Certification is an advantage.
• Able to work the stated Monday-to-Saturday schedule.

Responsabilités

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for construction tenders and quotations.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and tender documents for pricing purposes.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractors' quotations.
• Prepare subcontracting, purchasing and contract administration documents.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditure and cost performance.
• Prepare progress claims and evaluate subcontractor payment submissions.
• Maintain monthly costing, claims, budget and payment records.
• Prepare commercial and cost monitoring reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.
