Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates, budgets and contracts across civil infrastructure projects. The role involves evaluating subcontractor quotations, preparing progress claims, and final accounts, while supporting negotiation and administration of contracts.

You will track costs, ensure cost control, and coordinate with project managers, consultants and clients to resolve commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field with relevant training.
• 3+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims.
• Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Assist in contract negotiation and administration.
• Track project costs and enforce cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
