WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering activities for construction projects in Singapore.

You will review documents, prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations to support competitive submissions. You will source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, conduct cost comparisons, and negotiate pricing. The role also involves budgeting, commercial proposals, and liaising with clients and consultants to clarify requirements and

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Relevant experience in tendering within the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction costs, tender preparation, and contract documentation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software.

Responsibilities

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, billsofquantities(BOQ), and quotations.
Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct cost comparisons and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare tender costing, budgets, and commercial proposals.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify tender requirements.
Identify potential commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure tenders submissions are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
