Job summary

Little Swan Air-Conditioning & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Tender Surveyor role in Singapore. The successful candidate will survey tenders, compile bills of quantities, and prepare comprehensive tender documents for submission.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, with practical AutoCAD experience. Local experience of at least 3 years is preferred, with coordination across project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ACMV/HVAC systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tender surveying via online portals or newspapers and checking documents and specifications.
• Prepare tender documents including bill of quantities, requests for quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
• Submit quotations and tender documents.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on progress, assess subcontractor and supplier progress payments.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and variations for submission.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Tender surveying (Via online portal/ newspaper), checking of documents and understanding of specifications.
2. Preparation of tender including bill of quantities (BQ), request quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
3. Submission of Quotation and Tender Documents.
4. Coordinate with Project Manager with regard to the progress of work thereby assessing sub-contractor and supplier progress payment.
5. Prepare monthly progress claim/variation order for submission.
6. Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in drafting with AutoCAD software.
3. Familiar with ACMV /HVAC Systems.
4. Minimum of 3 years of local experience.
