Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Tender Coordinator to support bidding for construction projects. You will review tender documents, check specifications, and ensure proposals meet client requirements through careful analysis and coordination with stakeholders.

The role includes costing, preparing, negotiating and analysing bids, producing bills of quantities, quotations and variation orders, and coordinating document submissions to clients and authorities with diligence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• Familiar with ACMR /HVAC System.
• Preferably have local construction experiences.

Responsibilities

• Tender surveying, checking of documents and understanding of specifications.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, Liaise with the client / consultants
• Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
• Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning.
• Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
