Job summary

Avolt is seeking an experienced ACMV project manager to lead planning, scheduling and execution of M&E construction projects in Singapore. You will monitor schedules, ensure design compliance, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver on-time outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical or electrical engineering degree with 2+ years in ACMV project management, experience in AutoCAD, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 2+ years ACMV project management experience for senior role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing preferred.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner with problem solving skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects.
• Manage ACMV / M&E construction projects and monitor schedule.
• Handle design for ACMV / M&E to meet clients' requirements.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Prepare progress claims, materials submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Forecast and mitigate potential risks to projects.
• Site supervision and liaison with supervisors and workers for smooth workflow.
• Plan manpower and site arrangements with the site in charge.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers.
• Assist in final accounts including variation orders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage ACMV / M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for ACMV / M&E and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
• To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
• Post Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management for senior role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing is preferred.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
