DLM Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of construction projects from budgeting to cost control. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for ACMV and Alteration & Addition projects, review plans, and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.

You will also prepare tender documents, negotiate contracts, monitor financial performance, and report progress to clients.

Qualificações

• Min. 2 years of related working experience.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computer software for cost estimating and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Cost Estimation & Budget Preparation for ACMV and A&A projects.
• Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project costs.
• Identify potential areas for cost savings and propose value engineering options.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and bid proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee and manage the project’s financial performance.
• Prepare progress reports and financial statements to clients.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify compliance.
• Address disputes or claims related to project costs and budgets.
