Job summary

HD Contractor Pte Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, tender preparation, progress claims and cost control on construction projects in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with A&A projects. Main Contractor experience is preferred, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts, costing and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
