Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders in Singapore. The role involves preparing and submitting progress claims, handling variation orders, and cost evaluations, with focus on maintaining accurate cost records and compliance with contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with A&A projects and main

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.

• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
