MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, submit progress claims, and manage cost records across projects in Singapore. The role requires familiarity with A&A projects, cost evaluation, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.

The candidate should have a QS degree and at least 1 year of experience, with main contractor exposure preferred and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• A&A project experience is required
• Main Contractor experience is preferred
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing and measurement
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Mansioni

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders
• Prepare and submit progress claims
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required
