Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders, as well as prepare and submit progress claims. You will handle variation orders and cost evaluation, review subcontractor quotations and payment claims, and monitor project costs.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least 1 year of experience and knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
