Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and review cost estimates, quotations and tenders, and to prepare progress claims. The role involves handling variation orders, cost evaluation, subcontractor payments and maintaining cost records.

The ideal candidate has a degree in QS or CM, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and exposure to A&A projects or main contractor environments. Independent work and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders
• Prepare and submit progress claims
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required
