jsr engineering & construction pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage project costs, review payment applications, negotiate variation orders, and advise on cost and contractual risks. A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying is required with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
