CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (NANYANG) PTE. LIMITED invites a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role requires handling cost evaluation, pre- and post-contract administration, and sourcing subcontractors and suppliers to support project delivery.

The successful candidate will perform take-offs, manage monthly progress claims, and oversee interim valuations, pricing and contract variations with accuracy and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a QS.
• Experience in building projects; main contractor experience is an advantage.
• Able to start work on short notice.
