• Track changes in design and construction works and update budget projections accordingly.
• Estimate and forecast the cost of materials required for the project.
• Handle procurement activities, including preparing tender documents, requesting quotations for subcontract packages, evaluating costs, and recommending suitable awards.
• Certify and evaluate completed work progress, including managing variations and changes for subcontract and main contracts.
• Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 6pm, Sat: 8am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent
