ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to support interior fit-out projects from tendering to submission. You will prepare tender bids, take-offs and cost summaries, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Based in Toa Payoh, the role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design or A&A, with a proven track record in full interior fit-out works and procurement handling.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, A&A, or related project works.
• Experience in handling full interior fitout projects.

Mansioni

• Prepare tender bids and ensure submissions are completed on time.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and request quotations from suppliers.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval before tender submission.
• Prepare notifications for extension of time when there are potential project delays.
• Review and understand project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Handle pre-tender and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
• Handle project administration and documentation, including subcontract preparation and Variation Orders.
• Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description

• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role
