• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and subcontractors; obtain and evaluate tender quotations.
• Prepare cost comparisons and pricing summaries.
• Take‑off measurements and prepare BOQs, tenders, and quotations.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor/supplier claims and invoices.
• Prepare monthly progress claims.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
